Surgery Drop-Off:  7am - 8am, please allow 10-15 minutes for check-in

Appointments:  Please call us at 812-235-1111 for an Appointment.

**We require a 1-hour notice prior to cancellation of any appointment.  If we do not receive the proper notification, it will be considered a no-call, no-show.  Upon making your next appointment request, you will be required to put down a deposit toward that appointment.***  The reason is that we have had a number of appointments made and then they not show.  This makes it hard for those that really need the appointment slot and could have used it.  We want everyone to be able to see the Doctors when they need. Please be courteous of others if you cannot make your appointment and call us so that we may be able to contact another person in need of an appointment.  Thank you for your understanding.

If your pet is vomiting or having diarrhea, coughing or sneezing, please let us know BEFORE you bring them into the Clinic.

Vaccine Requirements for Boarding:  all pets must be current on vaccines to be here.  If they are not current, we can give vaccines while they are here.  Please note we do administer Bordetella every 6 months for extra precaution.
... Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, K9 Influenza, Bordetella, Intestinal Parasite Exam every 6 months with or without de-worming
... Cats: Rabies, Feline Distemper

Special Food Orders:  Hills Prescription Diet or Royal Canin
if you are needing us to order food for your pet, please let us know by Wednesday of that week.  Food Orders will be placed on Wednesday and be delivered on Monday.  Any requests made after Wednesday, will not be ordered until the following Wednesday.   You may also order food from our Online Pharmacy and have it delivered to your door.

Prescription Refills: please call us at 812-235-1111 to request a refill of your pet's prescription allow 24 hours for us to get it filled.  You may also order through our Online Pharmacy and have it delivered to your door. You may also request refills through our PETDESK app.

Heartworm Prevention:  ALL DOGS must be current on a Heartworm Test and prevention purchased each month or several months at a time.  A Heartworm Test is Required every year (even if on prevention).  Heartworm prevention is recommended year-round including winter months.
